Our General Appointments

The fee for an initial naturopathy consultation is $100 before concession and discounts. Regardless of the delivery of service, this appointment can last up to an hour and 15 minutes. The follow-up consultation is $85, and it can take from 45 minutes to an hour.

 

At All Body Holistic Health, we are passionate about delivering personalised treatments to clients throughout Townsville and surrounding areas. You can visit our clinic, or you can join online from anywhere in Australia. This means you can access our services out of regular hours—all from the comfort of your own home. If you require testing or products, we will provide those via a secure delivery postage.

 

Our practitioners can also travel to your home or preferred location in Townsville. However, this will incur an additional fixed fee of $30. Contact us to make a booking. For each consultation, please have any relevant health information, test results or medication/supplement lists on hand.

We offer many natural healthcare services at All Body Holistic Health including Homeopathy, nutrition, Herbal medicine and lifestyle advice. You might prefer one or many of these modalities for your treatment plan and all of them are included in every consultation with our Naturopath. 



In our Townsville clinic, we supply herbal medicine, essential oils, flower essences and ready-made concoctions, powders and tablets for homeopathy. Our practitioners can also custom-create products to suit your individual requirements. The pricing of these products varies.


Herbal medicines made from raw or dried herbs are highly effective In concentrated form. Not only does it increase the potency of treatment, but you can be assured with what you are actually consuming.


Preparing these products in our dispensary, means product transparency and you have total control of what you are consuming. Products can be made to suit your dietary or allergy needs. With the absence of fillers and branding, our products can also be a much more affordable option to branded supplements if you're operating within a budget.


All clinic made prescriptions are made using quality products and expertly tailored with consideration to your personal needs by our qualified Naturopath. We can also arrange for your prescriptions to be delivered straight to your door via standard or express postage.

Discounts & Packages

At All Body Holistic Health, we provide a range of discounts and packages for our community. Kick-start your health journey and save money in the long run by purchasing a package today! All of our packages contain a minimum of two appointments, and they are specifically designed to suit your individual needs. These packages make a great gift for your loved ones as well.

 

Pensioners and other eligible clients can receive a 10% discount on all of our fixed appointment fees, including package deals. This means that if you’re an eligible client you can receive a 20% discount on packages overall. Additionally, children under the age of 16 will be charged at pensioner rates for both home visits and appointments at our Townsville clinic. Frequently Asked Questions

  • What are my payment options?

    We currently accept payment for services on the day of your appointment via cash, Visa, Mastercard, credit and debit cards, direct deposits and contactless payments. For all mobile and online consultations, we require payment to secure your booking. 

  • What happens if I need to cancel my mobile or online appointment and have already paid for it?

    Please inform us 24 hours prior to your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This means we can offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting. We understand that things happen. You will be given the option to reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time or we will provide a full refund. If 24 hours’ notice is not provided, we will provide a full refund but reserve the right to minus 30% or the cost of travel if it is a mobile appointment.

  • What do I bring to my appointment?

    Please bring any medical records, reports and anything related to your health concerns. If you are currently taking any medications or supplements, please also bring in a list of the relevant medications and supplements.
